पर्व त्योहारों को लेकर आखिर तिथियों का विवाद क्यों होता है बार-बार।
अंततः कुछ पंचांगकारों, ज्योतिषियों और कुछ धर्म विशेषज्ञों ने मिलकर दीपावली 2024 की तिथियों को लेकर उठा विवाद समाप्त कर दिया। सर्व सम्मति से 31 अक्टूबर का दिन दीपावली के लिए तय मान लिया गया और 1 नवंबर की तथि को खारीज कर दिया गया।
गौरतलब है कि दीपावली के संदर्भ में 31 अक्टूबर या 1नवंबर को लेकर काफी दिनों से विवाद चल रहा था। । इस विवाद को लेकर बिहार के बेगूसराय से ताल्लुकात रखने वाली और दिल्ली में रह रही प्रसिद्ध ज्योतिषी, योग और आध्यात्मिक चिंतक बी कृष्णा कहती हैं कि यह विवाद बेतुका और बेमानी तो था ही, साथ ही सोशल, डीजिटल और कुछ प्रिंट मीडिया की घोर लापरवाही का ही यह एक नतीजा भी था।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि दरअसल यह तिथि विवाद पंचांगकारों के षड्यंत्र का नतीजा मात्र था। रौशनी और प्रकाश का उत्सव है दीपावली। यह उत्सव वर्ष के सबसे अँधेरी रात को मनाया जाता है। और दुर्भाग्य से हम सब इसी पर्व की तिथियों को लेकर महीनों एक और अंधकार में उलझे रहे। वह भी “पोंगा पंडितों” के अज्ञानता की चपेट में आकर, जिन्होंने भ्रम की स्थिति का निर्माण कर दिया था। बी कृष्णा कहती हैं कि ऐसे “पोंगा पंडितों” की वजह से व्रत, त्यौहार, उत्सव अब भाव विहीन होते जा रहे हैं। हर पर्व त्योहार को लेकर अब संशय बना रहता है कि कब करें? आज करें या कल करें ? कैसे करें? आदि आदि। बी कृष्णा कहती हैं ऐसे प्रश्नों के बीच आम आदमी इतना घिर जाता है कि उसके मन से उत्सव का उल्लास ही समाप्त हो जाता है।
इस बार दीवाली को लेकर फिर से भ्रम की स्थिति बनाई जा रही थी, दीपावली की तिथि को लेकर एक बार फिर घमासान मचा हुआ था कि यह कब मनाया जाएगा- 31 अक्टूबर को या 1 नवंबर को? आख़िर क्यों पंचांगकार व्रत एवं त्योहार को लेकर एकमत नहीं हो पाते?
दीपावली 2024: ज्योतिषी, योग और आध्यात्मिक चिंतक बी कृष्णा कहती हैं कि इस बार कार्तिक मास अमावस्या की शुरुआत 31 अक्टूबर को 15:54 बजे से होगी और इसका समापन 1 नवंबर सायं 18:16 बजे होगा। दोनों दिन प्रदोष काल मिलेगा। कुछ शास्त्रकारों के अनुसार एक तिथि में जब दो प्रदोष काल मिले, तो दूसरा वाला दिन लेना चाहिए। इसके अनुसार दीपावली 1 नवंबर को होनी चाहिए। परंतु 31 अक्टूबर को पूरी रात अमावस्या रहेगी। इसलिए क़ायदे से अमावस्या वाली रात को ही दीवाली मनाई जानी चाहिए। इसमें कहीं से भी, कोई भी संशय किसी को नहीं होना चाहिए। वाद-विवाद और विमर्श के बाद विद्वानों ने भी 31 अक्टूबर को ही दीपावली मनाया जाना तय भी किया।
दरअसल इस संशय को कुछ बड़े और राष्ट्रीय लेकिन गैर जिम्मेदार मीडिया हाउस ने हवा दी। ऐसे मीडिया हाउस के डिजीटल एडिशन विशेष कर उनके न्यूज साइट पर 1नवंबर को ही दीपावली मनाये जाने की चर्चा की जाती रही है। ऐसे एक नहीं कई मीडिया हाउस के साइटों पर 1नवंबर की चर्चा की गई है। इस वजह से इस भ्रम को और भी बल मिला। इस स्थिति में आम आदमी का भ्रमित हो जाना स्वाभाविक ही है।

दीपावली 2024: दरअसल ये वैसे मीडिया हाउस के लिए इनहाउस जांच का भी विषय भी होना चाहिए कि ऐसी गलती कैसे,किन वजहों से और किसकी वजह से हुई है या होती रही है। क्या उनके विद्वान लेखकों की जानकारी इतनी भर होती है कि वो सिर्फ भ्रम ही फैला सकते हैं। या उनकी संपादकीय टीम ऐसे आलेखों और सूचनाओं/खबर को लेकर गैर जिम्मेदार और लापरवाह होते हैं, जो भारतीय पर्व और त्योहार की तिथियों को लेकर संवेदनशील नहीं होते। ऐसी गलत सूचनाओं और खबरों को प्रसारित/प्रकाशित करने वाले मीडिया हाउसों के लिए भी यह गंभीर और विचारणीय है। यह इसलिए भी जरूरी है कि इससे उनकी विश्वसनीयता भी प्रभावित होती है। ऐसे कुछ मीडिया हाउस के सूत्र बताते हैं कि इस तरह की गलतियां आम है। इसके कारण भी हैं। ज्यादा से ज्यादा व्यूज/रीडरशीप लेने के चक्कर में बड़े-बड़े हाउस की साइट पर एक साल, कभी-कभी इससे भी ज्यादा पहले पर्व-त्योहारों की तिथियां सहित खबर चला दी जाती है। ऐसे में कभी कभी गलतियां हो ही जाती हैं जो सुधारा नहीं जाता। इसलिए भ्रम की स्थिति स्वाभाविक है।
