पटना, संवाददाता। पटना में मेट्रो रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त जनक कुमार गर्ग ने मंगलवार को पटना मेट्रो डिपो, रॉलिंग स्टॉक तथा प्रायोरिटी कॉरिडोर के तीन स्टेशनों का विस्तृत निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने रॉलिंग स्टॉक, स्टेशन सुविधाओं एवं डिपो की प्रत्येक बिंदु की गहन समीक्षा की और सुरक्षा, संरक्षा व परिचालन मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया। इसके साथ ही पटना मेट्रो ने आम लोगों के लिए सुरक्षित, आधुनिक और विश्वसनीय परिवहन व्यवस्था उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में अपना एक और महत्वपूर्ण कदम बढ़ा दिया है।
पटना मेट्रो को लेकर आयोजित एक उच्च स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक में नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग सह पटना मेट्रो रेल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (पीएमआरसीएल) के प्रबंध निदेशक अभय कुमार सिंह, पीएमआरसीएल की अपर प्रबंध निदेशक सह नगर विकास एवं आवास विबाग की संयुक्त सचिव अभिलाषा शर्मा के साथ पीएमआरसीएल एवं डीएमआरसी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी शामिल थे।

बैठक में श्री गर्ग ने स्पष्ट कहा कि मेट्रो के संचालन में जन सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मेट्रो का संचालन शुरू करने के लिए सभी सुरक्षा व परिचालन प्रोटोकॉल का पूर्णत: पालन अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने कहा कि परियोजना के प्रत्येक चरण जैसे योजना, निर्माण, संचालन व अनुरक्षण में सुरक्षा को सर्वोपरि रखा जाएगा। श्री गर्ग ने सभी हितधारकों के बीच संपूर्ण समन्वय सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने अपने निरीक्षण एवं समीक्षा के दौरान सुरक्षा, संचालन और अनुरक्षण से जुड़े सभी पहलुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की और कई आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए हैं। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने रॉलिंग स्टॉक को 40 किमी प्रतिघंटा की रफ़्तार से चलाकर सभी मानकों की खुद जांच की।
