70वीं बीपीएससी परीक्षा: पटना, संवाददाता। बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (बीपीएससी) की परीक्षा दुबारा कराने की मांग को लेकर जनसुराज ने पटना उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की है। माना जा रहा है कि नई नई बनी जन सुराज पार्टी की यह पहल युवा और छात्रों के बीच उसकी अपनी पैठ गहरी करने में मददगार हो सकती है।
गौरतलब है कि बीपीएससी छात्रों के समर्थन में जन सुराज के प्रशांत किशोर दो जनवरी से लगातार आमरण अनशन पर हैं। इसी बीच छह जनवरी को उनकी गिरफ्तारी हुई और शाम तक उन्हें जमानत भी मिल गया। जानकारी के अनुसार श्री किशोर अभी अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं। छात्रों की मांगों को लेकर उनका अनशन लगातार अभी भी जारी है।

इसी बीच जन सुराज ने बीपीएसी छात्रों की पुर्नपरीक्षा की मांग को लेकर अब पटना उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया है और एक याचिका दायर की है। जन सुराज की ओर से अधिवक्ता प्रणव कुमार ने पटना उच्च न्यायालय में अनुच्छेद 226 के तहत रिट याचिका दायर कर 70वीं बीपीएससी परीक्षा को रद्द कर पुर्नपरीक्षा कराने की मांग की है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट से अनुरोध किया है कि जब तक पुनर्परीक्षा न हो जाए तब तक परीक्षा के परिणाम घोषित नहीं किए जाए।
