वैसे छात्रों को जिन्होंने वर्ष 2023 में मैट्रिक(बिहार बोर्ड एवं अन्य राज्य के बोर्ड में 75 प्रतिशत से अधिक एवं सीबीएसई/आईसी/एसई में 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक, इंटरमीडिएट में भी समान पैट्रन पर जिन्होंने अंक प्राप्त किया है तथा आईआईटी, जेईई, नीट,ट्रिपल टी,आईआईएम, क्लेट एवं मेडिकल में क्वालिफ़ाई किया है को सम्मानित किया गया।
