जेपी के सामने सत्ता का विकल्प था, लेकिन उन्हें सत्ता का मोह नहीं था।जेपी ने सत्ता परिवर्तण की नहीं, व्यवस्था परिवर्तन की लड़ाई लड़ी-बशिष्ठ नारायण।सही मायने में हमें पूर्ण आजादी जेपी आंदोलन के बाद ही 1974 में मिली- सम्राट चौधरी। 5जून इतिहास का गवाह है। इसी दिन देश का सबसे बड़ा आंदोलन हुआ। इसी दिन संपूर्ण क्रांति का नारा देश को मिला। इसी का नतीजा था कि देश को नई सरकार मिली।
पटना मुकेश महान। संपूर्ण क्रांति दिवस पर याद किये गए लोकनायक जयप्रकाश । इस अवसर संपूर्ण क्रांति मंच की ओर से स्थानीय रविन्द्र भवन में जेपी सेनानियों के लिए विचार गोष्ठी सह सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन पूर्व सांसद जनता दल यू के राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष बशिष्ठ नारायण सिंह ने दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया । इस मौके पर बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी, जद यू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता और सवर्ण आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष राजीव रंजन,पूर्व मंत्री श्याम रजक, जे पी सेनानी अजय खरे, प्रो शैलेन्द्र त्रिपाठी, लोकनायक जय प्रकाश नारायण अध्ययन केंद्र के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव अभय सिंहा, एम के मधु,पद्मश्री विमल जैन और संपूर्ण क्रांति मंच के अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार सिंहा उपस्थित थे।
मौके पर उद्घाटनकर्ता बशिष्ठ नारायण सिंह ने कहा कि लोकनायक जयप्रकाश नारायण एक महान पुरुष थे उन्होंने व्यवस्था परिवर्तन की लड़ाई लड़ी,सत्ता के विकल्प उनके पास थे लेकिन उन्हें इनका कोई मोह नहीं था। वो जनता के लिए जीवन के अंतिम क्षण तक लड़ते रहे।उन्होंने उपस्थित लोगों से आग्रह किया कि दूसरों के लिए जीना सीखें ।
उप मुख्य मंत्री सम्राट चौधरी ने कहा कि आजादी हमें 1947 में मिली थी लेकिन संपूर्ण आजादी हमें 1974के आंदोलन के बाद ही मिली। उसके बाद ही गरीबों का बेटा भी मुख्यमंत्री बनने लगे।

अन्य वक्ताओं ने भी जे पी से जुड़े अपने संस्मरण सुनाए और उनके व्यक्तित्व पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। इसके पहले आगत अतिथियों ने लोकनायक जयप्रकाश की तस्वीर पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की। फिर संगठन के अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार सिंहा ने आगत अतिथियों को जेपी सम्मान से सम्मानित किया और संगठन की ओर से स्मार पत्र पढ़ा और जेपी सेनानियों के लिए कुछ मांगे भी सरकार से की ।
कार्यक्रम का समापन74के लगभग सौ आंदोलनकारियों को जेपी सेनानी के सम्मान से सम्मानित कर किया गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन डा.नम्रता आनंद और अजय अम्बष्टा कर रहे थे।
