पटना,संवाददाता। पालीगंज के करकट बिगहा हादसा में बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही की वजह से एक महिला की मौत हुई है औऱ दो बच्चे सहित 15 महिलाएं बुरी तरह झुलसी हैं। इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी बिजली विभाग को लेनी होगी। ये बातें बीजेपी की प्रदेश प्रवक्ता उषा विद्यार्थी ने पीएमसीएच में इस घटना में झुलसी इलाजरत बच्चों और महिलाओं से मुलाकात के क्रम में कही।
उन्होंने कहा कि मंदिर के ठीक बगल में 11 हजार वोल्ट की बिजली के हाई टेंशन तार को बिना कवर किये कैसे छोड़ा जा सकता है। इस हादसे के लिए पूरी तरह बिजली विभाग जिम्मेदार है। मंदिर में लोग पूजा करने आते हैं। सामूहिक रूप से वहां भजन कीर्तन का कार्यक्रम चलता है। बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों के यह समझना चाहिए था कि इस तरह से अनकवर तार से कभी भी कोई बड़ा हादसा हो सकता था।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस हादसे में शिवकुमार की पत्नी सुनिचा देवी की मौत हो गई है। उनके पति ने विधिवत एफआईआर भी दर्ज कराई है, जिसमें अपनी पत्नी की मौत के लिए बिजली विभाग को दोषी ठहराया है। बिजली विभाग सिर्फ सुनिचा देवी की मौत के लिए ही जिम्मेदार नहीं है, बल्कि दो बच्चें और 15 अन्य महिलाएं इस हादसे में झुलसी हैं उसके लिए भी जिम्मेदार है। इनमें से कई का इलाज पीएमसीएच में चल रहा है। सभी को उचित मुआवजा मिलना चाहिए।
पीएमसीएस में घायल बच्चों और महिलाओं से मुलाकात के दौरान उनके बेहतर इलाज की व्यवस्था किया जाने को लेकर भी डॉक्टरों से बातचीत की।

गौरतलब है कि पालीगंज के करकट बिगहा गांव स्थित देवी मंदिर में रविवार की शाम को नवरात्र के मौक पर शिवचर्चा के दौरान 11हजार वोल्ट का कंरट दौड़ गया था। जबकि दो बच्चा सहित 15 महिलाएं बुरी तरह से झुलस गई थी। बताया जाता है कि यह हादसा एक नंगे तार की वजह हुआ था।
