बातचीत में रेरा अध्यक्ष ने Xposenow.com को दी जानकारी। पटना, मुकेश महान। बिहार में अब बिल्डरों की मनमानी नहीं चलेगी। वो घर,फ्लैट और मकान की गलत जानकारी देकर खरीददारों को अपने झांसे में नहीं ले पाएगें। प्रोजेक्ट के बारे में गलत-सही बता कर घर खरीदने वालों को अपनी लालच का शिकार नहीं बना पाएंगे। जी हां अब यह संभव है, लेकिन इसके लिए आपको थोड़ा जागरूक होना होगा और बिहार रेरा की वेबसाइट खंगालनी होगी।
बिहार रेरा की वेबसाइट पर अब सबकुछ उपलब्ध है। कंपनी का डिटेल्स, प्रोजेक्ट डिटेल्स, यहां तक कि प्रमोटर का डिटेल्स और रैंकिंग भी। आपको व्यक्तिगत रूप से जांच-पड़ताल करने के लिए भागदौर करने, समय और पैसे खर्च करने की जरूरत नहीं है। बस मोबाइल या कंप्यूटर के की पैड पर दो-चार क्लिक करने की जरूरत है। प्रजेक्ट्स, कंपनी और प्रमोटर्स की मुकम्मल जानकारी आपके स्क्रिन पर उपलब्ध मिलेगी।

इन सबके मद्देनजर बिहार रेरा के अध्यक्ष डा. विवेक कुमार सिंह ने Xposenow.com से विशेष बातचीत में बताया कि हम होम या लैंड वायर्स के लिए अपने वेबसाइट पर तीन तीन स्तर पर जानकारी उपलब्ध कराते हैं। पहली जानकारी यह होती है कि आप जिस प्रोजेक्ट का हिस्सा बन रहे हैं या उसमें से खरीददारी करने जा रहे हैं, वह रेरा से स्वीकृत है या नहीं। दूसरी जानकारी उस प्रोजेक्ट्स को संचालित करने वाली कंपनी के बारे में होती है। इसके साथ ही तीसरी जानकारी उस कंपनी के प्रमोटर के बारे में होती है। बिहार रेरा ने कंपनी को BRQ और प्रमोटर को BPQ विशेष QR Codeदे रखा है। आप उससे उसका QR Code लेकर उसे स्कैन कर तमाम जानकारी सरलता और सहजता से हासिल कर सकते हैं।
