पंच सरपंच संघ की पद यात्रा को मिला मुखिया संघ का समर्थन। अधिकारों में कटौती के ख़िलाफ़ एकजुट हुए पंचायत एवं ग्राम कचहरी के प्रतिनिधि।
पटना, संवाददाता। ग्राम कचहरी के पंच सरपंच संघ दो अक्टूबर को गांधी जयंती के अवसर पर न्याय के साथ विकास पद यात्रा का शुरुआत करेगा। इस यात्रा को बिहार प्रदेश मुखिया महासंघ एवं त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत प्रतिनिधि संगठनों का समर्थन प्राप्त है। यह पद यात्रा अपने अधिकारों में कटौती के ख़िलाफ़ आयोजित है।
इस पदयात्रा को लेकर सभी संगठनों की कोर कमिटी के प्रमुखों की बैठक दारोगा राय ट्रस्ट भवन पटना में हुई। बैठक में यह चर्चा प्रमुख रूप से हुई कि सरकार सभी संगठनों को आपस में लड़ा कर संविधान से प्रदत अधिकारों को समाप्त कर रही है।
बैठक के बाद एक प्रदेश मुखिया महासंघ के अध्यक्ष मिथिलेश क़ुमार राय एवं पंच सरपंच संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आमोद कुमार निराला ने कहा कि आये दिन निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों की लगातार हत्याएँ हो रही हैं लेकिन सरकार मुक़दर्शक बनी हुई है। बिहार में दो दर्जन से अधिक मुखिया सरपंच और त्रिस्तरीय प्रतिनिधियों की हत्या यह बताता है कि अब कोई सुरक्षित नहीं है।
वहीं ग्राम कचहरी और इसके निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि तथा कर्मी गणों को सर्वसुविधा संपन्नता हेतु सभी 11 सूत्री माँगों को पूरा करने की मांग भी सरकार से की गई। साथ ही सभी निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों की सुरक्षा हेतु आर्म्स लाइसेंस निर्गत कराने की मांग भी की गई।दोनों संघ के नेताओं ने पंचायतों को भारतीय संविधान में प्रदत अधिकारों को लागू की जाए एवं मुखिया संघ की 11 सूत्री माँगों को सरकार पूरा करे।
नेताओं ने कहा कि अब बिहार के तीन लाख प्रतिनिधि जागरूक हो चुके हैं, अगर समय रहते हमारी माँगों को पूरा नहीं किया गया तो प्रथम चरण में दो अक्टूबर गाँधी जयंती के दिन पश्चिमी चंपारण के बापू धाम भीतरहवा आश्रम से पदयात्रा शुरू होगी और पटना तक पहुँचेगी। सभी संगठनों का यह संयुक्त कार्यक्रम होगा और संयुक्त रूप से न्याय के साथ विकास पद यात्रा की जाएगी। इसमें पद्रह अक्टूबर से कलमबंद हड़ताल शुरू की योजना भी है। दो अक्टूबर को सभी ग्राम पंचायतों में ग्राम सभा कर सरकार के सभी जनविरोधी नीतियों के ख़िलाफ़ प्रस्ताव भी पारित करायेंगे।

मुखिया संघ अध्यक्ष ने पंचायती राज विभाग पर यह भी आरोप लगाया कि विभाग के अधिकारी कभी पंचायती राज व्यवस्था को मज़बूत नहीं करना चाहते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री की आदेश को धत्ता बताते हुए उनकी कही बातों को भी अमल में नहीं लाना चाहते हैं। ग्राम सभा का औचित्य ही समाप्त करने पर तुले हैं अधिकारी। नेताओं ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि अगर सरकार का रवैया ठीक नहीं हुआ तो सभी प्रतिनिधि सामूहिक रूप से इस्तीफ़ा भी देने को मजबूर होंगे। संयुक्त संघर्ष मोर्चा को मुखिया संघ, पंच सरपंच संघ, ज़िला परिषद संघ, प्रमुख संघ, बिहार, वार्ड संघ, , गणेश पंचायत स्तरीय कर्मियों के संगठन का भी समर्थन प्राप्त है।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से गीतांजलि कुमारी, अजय कुमार सिंह, भरत सिंह, अकरम सिद्दीक़ी, सरवन कुमार पासवान, अमरेन्द्र पांडेय, सचिव मुखिया संघ, प्रेम पटेल, अनिल चौधरी आदि सैकड़ों त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत प्रतिनिधि सहित सभी संगठन के प्रधान उपस्थित थे।
