पटना, संवाददाता। 2004 के कोसी बाढ़ से विस्थापित जो 405 परिवार खरीक रेलवे स्टेशन के पास बसे हैं उन्हें स्थाई रूप से अन्यत्र बसाने की पहल सरकार करेगी। विधानसभा में यह आश्वासन राजस्व व भूमि सुधार मंत्री डा दिलीप जायसवाल ने दिया। वे बिहपुर विधायक ई. कुमार शैलेन्द्र के गैर–सरकारी संकल्प का जवाब दे रहे थे।मंत्री ने स्पष्ट कहा कि जिन 405 परिवारों की यह समस्या है, इनमें 38 परिवारों को भू बंदोबस्ती पर्चा उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है और 19 परिवारों के लिए प्रस्ताव प्रक्रियाधीन है।शेष 348 परिवारों के लिए भी भूमि चिन्हित की जा रही है। इनके लिए एक दूसरा प्रस्ताव भी यह है कि मुख्यमंत्री गृह स्थल योजना 2024 के तहत जहां भूमि उपलब्ध नहीं है, वहां ऐसे परिवारों को एक लाख रुपए दी जाती है जमीन खरीद के लिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि माननीय विधायक जिलाधिकारी से मिल लेंगे।इस संबंध में जिलाधिकारी को भी निर्देश दे रहे हैं। विधायक कुमार शैलेन्द्र रेलवे व एन एच के बीच बसे इन गरीब परिवारों को वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था होने तक नहीं उजाड़ने का भी आश्वासन सरकार से चाह रहे थे। उनका कहना था कि बार बार नोटिस दी जा रही है इन परिवारों को।
इससे पूर्व विधानसभा सत्र के अंतिम दिन बिहपुर के भाजपा विधायक ई कुमार शैलेन्द्र ने गैर सरकारी संकल्प के माध्यम से कोसी बाढ़ से विस्थापित 405 परिवारों के मामले को उठाते हुए बताया कि 2004 की कोसी बाढ़ में खरीक प्रखंड के भवनपुरा पंचायत के इन परिवारों का घर विलीन हो गया,जो खरीक रेलवे स्टेशन के पास रेलवे की जमीन पर अस्थाई रूप से गुजारा कर रहे हैं।
