हेक्सा फ्लाइंग कार। दुनिया भर में लंबे समय से उड़ने वाले कार की प्रतीक्षा हो रही थी। हालाकि इसकी सवारी का आनंद लोग नहीं उठा पाएंगे । लेकिन ऐसे इंतजार करने वाले लोगों के लिए एक अच्छी खबर है। दरअसल ओसाका (पश्चिमी जापान) में आयोजित एक्सपो 2025 में एक हेक्सा एयरक्राफ्ट (हवा में उड़ने वाली कार) का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इसे लगभग32 फीट (10 मीटर) ऊंचाई तक सफलता पूर्वक और सुरक्षित उड़ा कर भी दिखाया गया। खूबसूरत डिजाइन की और बैटरी से चलने इस इस हेक्सा फ्लाइंग कार को जब पायलट हवा में चलाया और उड़ाया तो वहां उपस्थित सभी दर्शक रोमांचित हो उठे।
32 फीट (10 मीटर) ऊंचाई तक उड़ने वाली इस हेक्सा फ्लाइंग कार में वायस कंट्रोल डिवाइस और टच स्क्रिन डिस्प्ले की सुविधा भी है। इसकी लंबाई 4.5 मीटर और ऊंचाई 2.6 मीटर है।196 किलोग्राम वजन वाली दरअसल यह एक सिंगल सीटेड कार है, जो ड्रोन का ही विकसित और बड़ा स्वरूप है। । इसमें ड्रोन की तरह ही पंखे लगे रहते हैं, जो इसे उड़ने और स्थिर रहने में मदद करते हैं। इसकी बनावट ऐसी है कि यह जमीन और पानी दोनों जगहों पर लैंड कर सकता है।

जापान लंबे समय ऐसे वाहनों को विकसित करने में जुटा था। जापान इसे यातायात के सामान्य साधन के रूप में इस्तेमाल करना चाहता है और आम आदमी के लिए उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सोच रहा है।
