जिन बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राहत सामग्री पहुंचाने में कठिनाई हो रही है, उन क्षेत्रों में फूड पैकेट्स और राहत सामग्री को वायुसेना की मदद से पीड़ित परिवारों तक एयर ड्रॉप कर पहुंचायी जाय-मुख्यमंत्री।
पटना,संवाददाता। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने आज कोशी, गंडक एवं गंगा नदियों के बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का एरियल सर्वे कर जायजा लिया और अधिकारियों को बाढ़ प्रभावित इलाकों में राहत एवं बचाव कार्य युद्धस्तर पर चलाये जाने का निर्देश दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निरीक्षण के क्रम में अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुये कहा कि जल संसाधन विभाग पूरी तरह मुस्तैद रहे और लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करते रहे। बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में जलस्तर की जिलाधिकारी सतत् निगरानी करते रहें। उन्होंने कहा कि अभियंतागण पूरी तरह अलर्ट रहें और वरीय पदाधिकारी स्थल पर कैंप करते रहें। आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग सतत् अनुश्रवण करते रहे कि और क्या-क्या करने की जरूरत है ताकि लोगों को कोई दिक्कत न हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के खजाने पर पहला अधिकार आपदा पीड़ितों का है। बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में नाव संचालन, पॉलिथिन शीट्स, राहत सामग्री की उपलब्धता एवं उसका वितरण, दवा, पशुचारा, बाढ़ आश्रय स्थल, सामुदायिक रसोई, ड्राई राशन पैकेट्स/फूड पैकेट्स, जिला आपातकालीन संचालन केंद्र आदि की पूरी व्यवस्था रखें और लोगों को सभी प्रकार की राहत पहुँचायें। जिन क्षेत्रों में राहत सामग्री पहुंचाने में कठिनाई हो रही है, उन क्षेत्रों में फूड पैकेट्स और राहत सामग्री को वायुसेना की मदद से पीड़ित परिवारों तक एयर ड्रॉप कर पहुंचायी जाये।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में जहां लोग तटबंध पर शरण लिये हुये हैं, वहां पर्याप्त रौशनी की व्यवस्था, अस्थायी शौचालय एवं अन्य जरूरी सुविधायें उपलब्ध करायें। कम्युनिटी किचेन में भोजन की समुचित व्यवस्था रखें और साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखें। तटबंध पर शरण लेनेवाले लोग आसपास के ही है इसलिये उनके आवागमन हेतु नाव की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध करायें ताकि उन्हें किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई न हो।

उन्होंने कहा कि राहत शिविरों में चिकित्सा की समुचित व्यवस्था रखें। पशु चारा के साथ-साथ पशुओं की इलाज की भी पूरी व्यवस्था रखें। निरीक्षण के दौरान जल संसाधन मंत्री विजय कुमार चौधरी, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव दीपक कुमार एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव प्रत्यय अमृत उपस्थित थे।
