पटना, संवाददाता। सूबे की चर्चित साहित्यिक और सांस्कृतिक संस्था सामयिक परिवेश ने अपना 19वाँ स्थापना दिवस समारोह आज मनाया।समारोह का उद्घाटन बिहार हिन्दी साहित्य सम्मेलन के अध्यक्ष डा. अनिल सुलभ ,वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार भगवती प्रसाद द्विवेदी ,वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार और लिटेरा पब्लिक स्कूल समूह की निदेशिका ममता मेहरोत्रा लोकप्रिय लोकगायिका नीतू नवगीत और विशिष्ट अतिथि डा ध्रुव कुमार, देवव्रत अकेला, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार मुकेश महान ने संयुक्त रूप से किया।कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार क़ासिम ख़ुर्शीद कर रहे थे ।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत युगल गीत से हुई। कलाकार थे नीतू नवगीत और राजेश। फिर राजेश और नीतू नवगीत ने कई गीतों की सुरीली प्रस्तुति दी।इसके पूर्व अतिथियों का स्वागत मीना परिहार ने स्वागत गान गाकर किया।
मौक़े पर भगवती प्रसाद द्विवेदी ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि ममता मेहरोत्रा साहित्यिक रूप से काफ़ी समृद्ध हैं और इनकी साहित्यिक समृद्धि का उदाहरण इनकी लिखी लगभग 60 पुस्तकें हैं। डा अनिल सुलभ ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि किसी संस्था और पत्रिका का शुभारम्भ तो आसान होता है लेकिन निरंतरता बनाए रखना बहुत मुश्किल होता है। इन मुश्किल परिस्थितियों में ममता मेहरोत्रा और सामयिक परिवेश बधाई के पात्र हैं।
अपने अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में क़ासिम ख़ुर्शीद ने संस्था की संस्थापिका ममता मेहरोत्रा के व्यक्तित्व पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि उनका जुनून ही है कि 18 वर्षों से संस्था में निरंतरता बनी रहती है।
मौक़े पर मुकेश महान ने कहा कि सामयिक परिवेश का मक़सद ही साहित्य और कला संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में नवोदित प्रतिभाओं को मंच देना और वरिष्ठ गुणीजनों को सम्मान देना है।
संस्था की संस्थापिका ममता मेहरोत्रा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि मैं तो बस अपना किरदार निभा रही हूँ। शायद प्रकृति ने साहित्य की आराधना के लिए ही मुझे चुना था। डा. नीतू नवगीत और सामयिक परिवेश क्लब की संचालिका विभा सिंह ने भी कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित किया ।

इस अवसर पर सामयिक परिवेश पत्रिका के नए अंक का लोकार्पण भी किया गया। कार्यक्रम के दूसरे चरण में काव्य पाठ का आयोजन किया गया था। अपनी रचनाओं का पाठ करने वालों में साहित्यकारों में अनिल रश्मि, मीना परिहार, सविता राज, ममता मेहरोत्रा, विद्या चौधरी, सुधा सिंहा, देवव्रत अकेला , अंजनी कुमार पाठक, उमेश राज, गोपाल प्रसाद पलक सहित 50 रचनाकारों ने अपनी रचनाओं का पाठ किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन मीना कुमारी परिहार और सविता राज कर रही थीं।
