पटना,संवाददाता। ग्लोबल इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ नर्सिंग एंड पैरामेडिकल साइंसेज़ पटना में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय नर्सिंग दिवस के अवसर पर भव्य समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में पटना स्थित मेदांता अस्पताल के रेडियोलॉजी विभाग के निदेशक रंजन कुमार ने शिरकत की। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता संस्थान के निदेशक सौरभ शर्मा और श्रुति मेहरोत्रा कर रही थीं।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय नर्सिंग दिवस पर आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में कृष्णमोहन पासवान (मुखिया, नरही पीरही पंचायत), मुमताज़ अंसारी एवं सर्वेश यादव (जिला पारषद, दुल्हिनबाजार प्रखंड) तथा अखिलेश्वर प्रसाद यादव (पैक्स अध्यक्ष, नरही पीरही पंचायत) की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।कार्यक्रम के उद्घाटन की औपचारिकता के बाद चिकित्सा सेवा में नर्सिंग और पारामेडिकल के महत्व पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

छात्रों ने रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों और लघु नाटकों के माध्यम से नर्सिंग पेशे की महत्ता, सेवा भावना और समाज में उनके योगदान को प्रभावशाली ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया। इसके अतिरिक्त गीत और संगीत की कई मनोरंजक और मनमोहक प्रस्तुति दी गई। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नर्सों के अथक परिश्रम और समर्पण को सम्मान देना था।
संस्थान के निदेशक मंडल ने सभी अतिथियों और प्रतिभागियों का धन्यवाद ज्ञापन करते हुए यह संकल्प लिया कि आने वाले समय में संस्थान की ओर से और अधिक दक्ष और समर्पित स्वास्थ्यकर्मी समाज को उपलब्ध कराए जाएँगे।
